Queen of Swords DVD
Queen of Swords was premiered on the 7th of October 2000 and lasted until the 2nd of June 2001. The series has only one season with twenty-two episodes. It was created by Ira Bernstein and starred by Tessie Santiago as the titular character.
The series follows the life of a noble woman by day from Southern California and a protector with a mask as a Queen of Swords at night. As the protector she became the vision of hope for the needy people. She is helped by her friend and governess named Marta portrayed by Paulina Galvez who has a great mystical powers and knowledge about the tarot. Her greatest enemy is Colonel Luis Montoya portrayed by Valentine Pelka, the ruthless, corrupt governor who didn't care to any other else except for himself.
