My Favorite Martian invaded the television screens way back September 29, 1963 and lasted until September 4, 1966. The TV series starred Ray Walston and Bill Bixby. It was directed by Donald Petrie with the writing credits of John Greene and Sherrie Stoner. The story was about the life Tim O'Hara who was fired because of his unwillingness to compromise with the daughter of his boss.
He was fortunate enough to witness a crashing small martian spacecraft and later realize that he can make this into a story that will make a big hit and impact to people. He took the spaceship but the martials follow him but accidentally the electron accelerator broke down causing the Martians to seek help from him. He taped the aleins with hidden cameras for his story but Ruthless Brace the daughter of his boss, stole the tape and think of using it for personal purposes.
