Upstairs Downstairs tv show was aired on the 10th of September, 1971. The story is about the lives of both the family and the servants in luxurious house in London. The show takes place between 1903-1930 and gives us an insight of the good old days. Richard Bellamy is the head of the household, and a member of a Parliament, and his wife is a member of the titled aristocracy. Hudson, the Scottish butler directs and guides the other servants about their tasks and their proper place is living below stairs.
