Nash Bridges DVD
Nash Bridges was an American police drama series about the exploits of a San Francisco Police Investigator named Nash Bridges (Don Johnson). Nash Bridges was captain of the prestigious Special Investigations Unit of the SF Police Department, which was composed mainly of himself, his partner and best friend Joe Dominguez (Cheech Marin), technically gifted Harvey Leek (Jeff Perry), and young and reckless Evan Cortez (Jaime Gomez). The show also touches Nash's midlife struggles, which includes his daughter and two ex-wives to name a few.
Nash Bridges aired for 6 seasons (122 episodes) on CBS from March 29, 1996 to May 4, 2001. It was canceled after its sixth season due primarily to budget problems and disagreement between the production companies and the network. The series was said to have contributed about $27 million annually to San Francisco's economy, where the series was filmed.
