Law and Order was a crime series aired on NBC from September 13, 1990 until May 18, 2007. The series contains 392 episodes in which criminal justice system is presented into two separate vantage points. The first half of the show concentrates on the investigation of the police on the crime and the second half follows the prosecution of crime in court by attorney.
In the history of American broadcast television Law & Order is the longest running crime series and the second longest drama series.
