Bourbon Street Beat crime detective drama series created by Charles Hoffman aired from October 1959 to July 1960 launched by Warner Brothers and set in New Orleans. The series follows private detectives led by easy-going ex-bayou cop Cal Calhoun with his junior partner and yuppie-ish Ivy Leaguer Rex Randolf, running the 'Randolf and Calhoun Special Services†on Bourbon Street in the French Quarter. Along with the sexy secretary of New Orleans detective agency Melody Lee Mercer and part-time rookie private investigator Kenny Madison.
