The Patty Duke Show was an ABC's light-hearted, family sitcom, which was aired from September 1963 and lasted until May 1966. A story of two ordinary teenage girls; the perky, upbeat Patty Lane who also loves sleepover and ice cream and her Scottish physically identical cousin Cathy Lane, a shy, warm, glamorous, intellectual and sensitive girl who loves art, reside with Patty's family to finish her high school education (their father are also physically identical).
The two girls confusing everybody since they are perfectly identical, and they do switching personality to do what they want (Patty loves rock & roll, chewing bubble gum and hot dog while Cathy adores minuet, Ballet Russe, etc.). The characters Patty and Cathy was performed by Academy Award Winning actress Patty Duke. The show completed 3 seasons and 104 episodes.
