Green Acres DVD
Green Acres was an American comedy series that produced by Filmways, Inc. And originally broadcast on CBS Network from September 15, 1965 until September 7, 1971. It featured Eddie Albert who played as Oliver Wendell Douglas and Eva Gabor played as Lisa Douglas wife of Oliver, as they portray the two main characters of this series. As Jay Sommer created this series, Paul Henning handled this television series as the executive producer.
On the tiny town, the story revolves around Sam Drucker's General Store where the name of the store was also the shopkeeper, postmaster, justice of the peace and publisher of the "Hooterville World Guardian". He had a poor short-term memory; he regularly forgets what he's talking about mid-sentence. Fred Ziffel as equal farmer is an elderly overalls-wearing man that lived with his wife Doris and their pig as they treat them as their own child.
