Buffalo Bill was an american television situation comedy that centered on the life of talk show host named Bill Bittinger (Dabney Coleman) and his staff at a tv station (WBFL-TV) in Buffalo, New York. Bill was an arrogant, insensitive, mean-spirited and loathsome; He would usually do all in his power to get what he wants but almost always never succeeds.
Among the people working at WBFL-TV was JoJo (Joanna Cassidy), the talk show's director whom Bill had ab on-off romantic involvement, and Woody (John Fiedler), his naive stage manager. Buffalo Bill ran from May 31, 1982 to April 5, 1984 on NBC and received a total of 11 Emmy Award nominations.
