Popeye the Sailor was a cartoon TV Series created by Elzie Crisler Segar. It was based on a comic strip and turned to an animated cartoon series. It is the most popular cartoon during 1930's. Popeye is like Sherlock Homes who investigate crimes. His love interest is Olive Oyl, the only girl that makes his heart thumping. Bluto, his rival who also likes Olive and always make a way to get Olive away from Popeye. Popeye eats a spinach to make him strong and use his fists to get justice.
