The Courage Cowardly Dog is a Cartoon Network's animated series premiered on November 12, 1999 and ended on November 22, 2002 for four seasons with a total of 52 episodes. The story is about a human-like dog named Courage who was easily frightened. Courage lives with his owners Muriel and Eustace Bagge, an elderly married couple in a fictional town named “Middle of Nowhere”. Courage is afraid of almost everything but fights the evil villains in the town with the help of his computer. Their house is said to be haunted because in every episodes something scary happens. The show is created by the president of Hanna-Barbera, Fred Seibert.
