Chilly Willy is a cartoon TV Series aired on 1953 and created by Paul J. Smith. Chilly Willy was inspired on the book entitled Castle Films. Chilly Willy is a native penguin. His opposite character was Smedley, a dog who works for a mean employee. Although the two characters didn't get along well, at the end they became friends. Chilly has two friends namely Maxie who was a polar bear and Gooney who was an albatross. In some scene he also meet a hunter named Colonel Pot Shot, the owner of Smedley. Chilly Willy loves pancakes.
