The Man from Atlantis is an adventure of a man who got amnesia and found unconscious on a beach. He is believed to be the only survivor of lost civilization, the Atlantis. Doctor Elizabeth Merill saves his life by putting him in the water. The beautiful doctor gave him the name of Mark Harris. She noticed that Mark has gills where lungs should be seen. Mark is showing exceptional abilities like the ability to breathe in water and superhuman strength. Discovering this abilities, he is recruited by the Foundation for Oceanic Research. The series ran from 1977 to 1978 with 13 episodes on the NBC Network. The cast includes Patrick Duffy as the amnesiac Mark Harris, Belinda J. Montgomery as Dr, Elizabeth Merill, Alan Fudge as C. W. Crawford and Victor Bruno as Mr. Schubert. It was directed by Lee H. Katzin and produced by Herbert F. Solow.
