The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles is an American adventure, romance and history television series premiered on March 4, 1992 and ended on July 24, 1993. This ABC-TV TV series is about the childhood and youth of the fictional character Indiana Jones starring Sean Patrick Flanery and Corey Carrier in the lead role. It also features George Hall as elder version of Indiana Jones. Directors include the biggest names in directing like Bille August, David Hare, Terry Johnston and Mike Newell who are known for their blockbuster movies. Featuring historical figures and landmarks including important events, the series is an educational program for children and teenagers. It was shot on over 35 countries in the world such as England, Czechoslovakia, India, Russia, Spain, Kenya, France, United States, Morocco, Austria, Egypt, Thailand, Turkey, Africa, Italy, Ireland and Greece. The series also earned 11 Emmy Awards and 26 Nominations over the course of its production.
