Richard Diamond is a black and white television series ran from 1st of July 1957 to 6th of September 1960 with a total of seventy-seven episodes. The drama story is produced by Four Star Television and distributed by CBS Television and NBC. The series features David Janssen as Richard Diamond who is a cop turned private detective. As an ex-cop, he easily knows the important information and helped by her former boss Lt. McGough. He remains in New York and likewise stays in his girlfriend house in Los Angeles. Karen Wells is Richard’s girlfriend played by Barbara Bain. Diamond is also called “The Singing Detective”.
