One West Waikiki is a romantic, comedy, drama set in Hawaii, created by Glen A. Larson. The show starred Dr.Dawn Holliday (Cheryl Ladd) ,a forensic expert and detective Lt. Mack Wolfe (Richard Burgi) who works together in attempt to solve homicide cases in Honolulu.
Dr. Holliday is assigned from Lost Angeles coroner's office to be the state of Hawaii new medical examiner. It is a dream assignment because Dr. Holliday will able to know the knowledge of forensic medicine and homicide against the explosive world of crime. Holliday often find herself at odds with the conventional method of Honolulu PD. Especially the top homicide detective
(Lt. Mack Wolfe), with whom she develops a love hate relationship.Mack is impulsive of modern sicence but no one you'd rather have covering
