Nero Wolfe is a TV series that aired in 1981 on NBC Channel. The show was primarily based on Rex Stout detective stories. William Conrad as Nero Wolfe and Lee Horsley as his assistant Archie Goodwin. Nero was a fictional detective who enjoys a comfortable life in Manhattan, he loves to spend his regular hours in his home rather than solving crimes. His assistant collects clues and gathers suspects in Wolfe's workplace for interrogation and to present a solution. Archie is also the narrator of the Nero Wolfe stories. Archie worked for Wolfe in seven years and been trained by Wolfe in investigation. They both have extraordinary memory.
